Last Saturday, during the Feira de Artes, Of\u00edcios e Sabores<\/em> in Vimioso, was presented the 6th Edition of the Maxxis Tires King of Portugal. Back to this village of the Bragan\u00e7a County between September 5th and 8th, the KOP18 promises many news with the aim of consolidate this event as one of the best Off-road races in Europe.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

As a result of the high impact that it has on the local economy and being one of the main windows of Vimioso in Portugal and in the world, the King of Portugal will return from 5th to 8th September 2018 and was presented last weekend by the event director, Jos\u00e9 Rui Santos, and the Vimioso Mayor, Jorge Fidalgo. Having gathered the opinion of the teams and spectators, the organization of the Clube NorteX4<\/em> already prepares some news that will certainly increase even more the competitive level and the show. In 2018 the schedule will include another day (Wednesday), totally dedicated to documentary and technical verifications, since day 6 will be composed entirely by the Prologue, which takes place between 10am and 6pm,<\/span> will start in the village of Campo de V\u00edboras<\/em> and end in Vimioso, in the Recinto da Feira do Gado<\/em>, where it was held in previous editions, accounting a total of 16km.<\/span> In this way, the Organization seeks to make known other places that have an important role in the event.<\/span>

In the image of what happened in the 2017 Edition, there will be two different tracks. Friday a faster track, which will grow to 40km, and will be driven 6 times by Unlimited Class, 5 by Legend, 4 by Modified, 4 by Stock and 3 by UTV. Saturday we will have a day full of Rock Crawling, that runs all the spectator zones, the Quarry, the Snake, the Turtle and the Dinosaur Eggs, with 25km. The number of laps per class is the same as Friday.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2018 the KOP will be the 3rd Round of the Ultra4 Europe Championship, which will start in France in May, pass through England in June, Portugal in September and finish in Germany in October, a round that will be a debut in the Ultra4 Racing universe. The King of Portugal will also be the stage of the final of the new NorteX4 Iberia Challenge that will start in Arcos de Valdevez and pass through Sarria, in Spain (maximum 25 teams). Entries in the KOP will be limited to 60 teams and will open in January, with a reduced value that will be maintained until May 31, when the value changes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Novamente de regresso a este Munic\u00edpio do Distrito de Bragan\u00e7a entre 5 e 8 de Setembro, o KOP18 promete muitas novidades com o objectivo de consolidar este evento como uma das melhores corridas Off-Road da Europa.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fruto do elevado impacto que tem na economia local e de ser uma das principais montras do Munic\u00edpio de Vimioso em Portugal e no mundo, o King of Portugal ir\u00e1 regressar de 5 a 8 de Setembro de 2018 e foi apresentado no passado fim de semana pelo director do evento, Jos\u00e9 Rui Santos, e pelo presidente do Munic\u00edpio, Jorge Fidalgo.\u00a0 Reunida a opini\u00e3o das equipas e espectadores, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da responsabilidade do Clube NorteX4 prepara j\u00e1 algumas novidades que ir\u00e3o certamente aumentar ainda mais o n\u00edvel competitivo e o espect\u00e1culo. Em 2018 o programa ir\u00e1 incluir mais um dia (quarta-feira), totalmente dedicado a verifica\u00e7\u00f5es documentais e t\u00e9cnicas, uma vez que dia 6 ser\u00e1 composto na sua totalidade pelo Pr\u00f3logo, a decorrer entre as 10h e as 18h, e que ter\u00e1 in\u00edcio na aldeia de Campo de V\u00edboras<\/em> e t\u00e9rmino em Vimioso, no Recinto da Feira do Gado<\/em>, local onde decorreu nas edi\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores, contabilizando um total de 16km. Desta maneira, a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o procura dar a conhecer outras freguesias que t\u00eam um papel importante no evento.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 imagem do que sucedeu na edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2017, voltar\u00e3o a existir dois percursos distintos. Sexta-feira um percurso mais r\u00e1pido, que ir\u00e1 crescer para 40km, e ser\u00e1 percorrido 6 vezes pela Classe Unlimited, 5 por Legend, 4 por Modified, 4 por Stock e 3 por UTV. S\u00e1bado teremos um percurso recheado de Rock Crawling, com passagem em todas as zonas espect\u00e1culo, a Pedreira, a Cobra, a Tartaruga e os Ovos de Dinossauro, com 25km. O n\u00famero de voltas por classe repete-se.<\/p>\n

Em 2018 o KOP ser\u00e1 a 3\u00aaRonda do Campeonato Europeu de Ultra4 Racing, que ter\u00e1 in\u00edcio em Fran\u00e7a em Maio, passa por Inglaterra em Junho, Portugal em Setembro e termina na Alemanha em Outubro, ronda que ser\u00e1 uma estreia no universo da Ultra4. O King of Portugal ser\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m o palco da final do novo Challenge Ib\u00e9rico NorteX4 que ter\u00e1 in\u00edcio nos Arcos de Valdevez e passa por Sarria, em Espanha (m\u00e1ximo 25 equipas). As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es no KOP ser\u00e3o limitas a 60 equipas e abrir\u00e3o no m\u00eas de Janeiro, com um valor reduzido que se ir\u00e1 manter at\u00e9 31 de Maio, data em que o valor altera.<\/p>\n

De nuevo en este Municipio del Distrito de Braganza entre el 5 y el 8 de Septiembre, el KOP18 promete muchas novedades con el objetivo de consolidar este evento como una de las mejores carreras Off-Road de Europa.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Fruto del alto impacto que tiene sobre la econom\u00eda local y ser una de las ventanas principales del Municipio de Vimioso en Portugal y en el mundo, el King of Portugal volver\u00e1 del 5 al 8 de Septiembre de 2018 y fue presentado la semana pasada por el Director del evento, Jos\u00e9 Rui Santos, y por el Alcalde de Vimioso, Jorge Fidalgo. Reunida la opini\u00f3n de los equipos y espectadores<\/span>, la organizaci\u00f3n de la responsabilidad del Clube NorteX4 prepara ya algunas novedades que ciertamente aumentar\u00e1n a\u00fan m\u00e1s el nivel competitivo y el espect\u00e1culo. En 2018 el programa incluir\u00e1 un d\u00eda m\u00e1s, totalmente dedicado a verificaciones documentales y t\u00e9cnicas, una vez que el d\u00eda 6 estar\u00e1 compuesto en su totalidad por el Pr\u00f3logo, que se desarrollar\u00e1 entre las 10h y las 18h, y que comenzar\u00e1 en el pueblo de Campo de V\u00edboras<\/em> y t\u00e9rmino en Vimioso, en el Recinto da Feira do Gado<\/em>, lugar donde se desarroll\u00f3 en las ediciones anteriores, contabilizando un total de 16km. De esta manera, la Organizaci\u00f3n procura dar a conocer otros lugares que tienen un papel importante en el evento.<\/span>

A la imagen de lo que sucedi\u00f3 en la edici\u00f3n de 2017, volver\u00e1n a existir dos recorridos distintos. Viernes un recorrido m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, que crecer\u00e1 a 40km, y ser\u00e1 recorrido 6 veces por la Clase Unlimited, 5 por Legend, 4 por Modified, 4 por Stock y 3 por UTV. S\u00e1bado tendremos un recorrido lleno de Rock Crawling, con paso en todas las zonas espect\u00e1culo, la Cantera, la Cobra, la Tortuga y los Huevos de Dinosaurio, con 25km. El n\u00famero de vueltas por clase se repite.<\/span><\/p>\n

En 2018 el KOP ser\u00e1 la 3\u00aaRonda el Campeonato Europeo de Ultra4 Racing, que se iniciar\u00e1 en Francia en Mayo, pasa por Inglaterra en Junio, Portugal en Septiembre y termina en Alemania en Octubre, donde se desarrollar\u00e1<\/span> la primera vez en el mundo de la Ultra4. El King of Portugal tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 la sede de la final de la nueva Challenge Ib\u00e9rica NorteX4 que comenzar\u00e1 en Arcos de Valdevez y pasa en Sarria, Espa\u00f1a (m\u00e1ximo 25 equipos). Las inscripciones en el KOP ser\u00e1n limitas a 60 equipos y se abrir\u00e1n en el mes de Enero, con un valor reducido que se mantendr\u00e1 hasta el 31 de Mayo, fecha en que el valor cambia.<\/span><\/p>\n
